Role Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that strengthens Amazon’s brand presence across multiple platforms. You will manage high-impact projects and collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent voice and messaging aligned with our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Create engaging content tailored to our audience across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media strategies are aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply these insights to enhance our strategies.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely posting and consistency of message across all channels.
- Research and identify opportunities for collaboration with influencers and partnerships to expand our reach.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices and effective use of social media tools.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
